AME runs on a pay-as-you-go credit model — you buy credit packs and consume credits as you generate and publish content. Because credits unlock real, metered usage (AI generation and platform publishing), this policy explains when a purchase can be refunded. It applies to credit purchases made through access.smartgrowthauto.com and processed via PayPal.

5. Processing & timing

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayPal. Depending on PayPal and your bank, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear. When a refund is issued, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a formal dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the associated account pending resolution.
