1. Overview
AME runs on a pay-as-you-go credit model — you buy credit packs and consume credits as you generate and publish content. Because credits unlock real, metered usage (AI generation and platform publishing), this policy explains when a purchase can be refunded. It applies to credit purchases made through access.smartgrowthauto.com and processed via PayPal.
2. What is eligible for a refund
- Unused credit packs. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchasing a credit pack and you have not consumed any credits from that purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of that pack.
- Duplicate or accidental charges. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or a charge was clearly made in error, we will refund the duplicate/erroneous amount in full.
- Billing errors. If you were charged an incorrect amount, we will correct it.
3. What is not eligible
- Consumed credits. Credits that have already been spent on text or image generation, scheduling, or publishing are non-refundable, because the underlying AI and platform costs have already been incurred.
- Free credits. Promotional or signup-bonus credits have no cash value and are never refundable.
- Partially used packs after 14 days. Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, or for packs that have been partially consumed, are not guaranteed but may be considered at our discretion (see below).
For partially used packs, we may, at our discretion, refund the pro-rated value of the unused credits remaining from that specific purchase.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@smartgrowthauto.com from the email address on your account and include:
- Your account email and organization name.
- The approximate date of the purchase and the pack you bought.
- Your PayPal transaction ID, if you have it.
- A brief reason for the request.
You can find your purchase history any time on the Billing page inside your account.
5. Processing & timing
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via PayPal. Depending on PayPal and your bank, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear. When a refund is issued, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a formal dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the associated account pending resolution.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above.
