Smart Growth Auto ("we", "us", "our") operates AME (the "Autonomous Marketing Engine"), available at access.smartgrowthauto.com (the "Service") — an AI-powered platform that generates, schedules, publishes, and optimises social media content. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here and in our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account details — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Organization details — your organization name and the brand/voice settings you configure.
• Content — the prompts, briefs, and content you generate, schedule, and publish through the Service.
• Support communications — messages you send us by email.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — actions taken in the app, credit consumption, and feature usage, used to operate and improve the Service.
• Engagement metrics — performance data (likes, comments, reach) retrieved from connected social platforms.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information from standard server logs.

Connected accounts

When you connect a social platform (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), we receive and store OAuth access tokens on your behalf so we can publish content for you. These tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We do not receive your social platform passwords.

Payment information

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your full card or bank details on our servers. We retain a record of your credit purchases (pack, amount, date, and PayPal transaction identifiers) for billing and accounting.

3. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating, scheduling, and publishing content.
• To process credit purchases and maintain your credit balance and ledger.
• To improve the Service and our self-optimisation features based on aggregate performance.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party services

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the Service:

• AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, and where enabled OpenAI, Google, and Replicate) — your prompts and content briefs are sent to generate text and images. We do not sell your content, and we configure providers for service use rather than model training where that option is available.
• Social platforms — content you schedule is transmitted to the platforms you connect, subject to their terms and privacy policies.
• PayPal — to process payments.
• Email delivery — to send transactional emails (verification, receipts, alerts).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the Service to function — for example, a session cookie to keep you logged in and a cookie to remember your active organization. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Social platform tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, passwords are hashed, and traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

7. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (such as transaction records).

8. Your rights

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
